Shipping within Ukraine

  - Delivery within Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta to either a branch or directly to your address.
  - The cost of delivery is calculated individually based on the declared value, which corresponds to the actual amount of the order according to the delivery service rates, and is paid by the customer separately upon receiving the order at the branch.

Delivery Times:
  - Order processing time is 1-3 business days from the moment the order is completed.
  - Orders are delivered throughout Ukraine, excluding the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, occupied territories, and areas where combat operations are taking place.

International Shipping

Shipping Methods:
  - International shipping is handled by reliable international courier services.
  - Delivery times depend on the destination country and the chosen shipping method, and typically range from 7 to 21 business days.

Shipping Costs:
  - The cost of international shipping is calculated automatically during the checkout process and depends on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the recipient's location.
  - Shipping costs are paid by the manufacturer and will be transferred to the manufacturer's account within 1-3 business days (according to Nova Poshta’s policy that international packages must be paid for before transportation).

Customs Duties and Taxes:
  - International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the recipient's country. All additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

  - After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier's website.
